Please note: as I get my business running, I am keeping track of turnaround times so will update FAQs with SLAs & timelines, formal guidelines on proofing and requested edits and how those impact timelines, and policies regarding refunds and returns. Please note that returns are not available for custom art, but I’d love for you to be happy with the product so please reach out with any feedback! Framed Ornaments - FAQ
How are framed ornaments priced?
The pet portrait component of the prints is the most time consuming. While these prints are smaller than the traditional Minimalist and Maximalist prints, just about the same amount of effort goes into the pet portraits! They require less ink and less paper, though, however also have a frame—so I’ve priced accordingly.
Can you give more details on the portrait style options for Minimalist and Maximalist?
Yes! The best place to check these out are product pages:
Custom Pet Portrait - The Minimalist
Custom Pet Portrait - The Maximalist
Are these available for duos?
Yes! Product page coming soon, but if you have one in the meantime, email me at shop@ruenoelle.com
Additional FAQ
Submitting your pet photos - what are the best photos to send?
Each and every pet is unique, and each has unique proportions. Try to send a capture that captures the most amount of their body visible so that I can get proportions right! If you’d like just a headshot portrait, send in a picture that has them looking the way you’d like them to in the portrait (e.g. head on, to the side, etc.). For full body, again any photos that capture the majority of their body are great! If you’re still looking for guidance, my best recommendation is to send me a photo of your pet in their most natural position (maybe sitting and looking at you for a dog or cat, a beautiful headshot of your pig, your chicken in full sprint). You can always email me at shop@ruenoelle with your ideas and to get my recommendations!
What types of pets do you do?
All pets are welcome! I have had dogs my whole life so they were my obvious first subjects. Send in your pet chicken, pig, horse, cat, etc : )
This style is a lot. I’m a more minimalist person. Do you have any options?
So glad you asked. See my product “Pet Portrait - The Minimalist”.
