Frequently Asked Questions - Art

Hi there! As I get my business running, I am keeping track of how long things take. As I figure it all out, I’ll update this page with more detailed turnaround times sand SLAs, formal guidelines on proofing and requested edits and how those impact timelines, and policies regarding refunds and returns. Please note that returns are not available for custom art, but I’d love for you to be happy with the product so please reach out with any feedback!

  • I offer a selection of both custom art prints and standalone prints. My business just launched in December 2025 and my first custom art products, Custom Pet Portrait - The Minimalist and Custom Pet Portrait - The Maximalist are available now! Standalone prints and lots more are in the works, stay tuned : )

  • Navigate to the custom art page you’re interested. Follow the prompts to order your custom art print tailored to your specifications. Each page has a form where you can specify additional requests or customizations. You can always email shop@ruenoelle.com with any questions!

  • While I’m finding my footing, here are my rough estimates:

    Custom Prints: expect a processing time of 2-3 weeks. Each custom print takes time and care so that I can get you a product that I’d hang on my own wall! This timeline is conservative so depending on order volume and available time, you might see it sooner. You’ll receive an email with your custom proof if you opted to receive one.

    Standard Prints: to be updated when standard prints are live on the site.

    A shipping notification will be sent via email for all orders. Reach out if you have questions.

  • Okay! Let’s see if we can do this!

    For custom prints, place your order as usual and shoot me an email at shop@ruenoelle.com with your order details and when you’re hoping to have the order. I’ll take a look at my order queue, available time, and see what I can do. A rush order fee will apply and likely be sent in the form of an invoice until I can get the functionality onto my website. The fee will be communicated to you so that you can decide whether you’d like to proceed or not.

    For standalone prints, follow the same process as above, but expect a lower rush fee since the process will not involve creating new custom art.

  • Love it! I’ve spent a long time doing custom prints… wedding venues, storefronts, homes, and more. Email me at shop@ruenoelle.com and we’ll figure out a way to get rolling : )

  • For standalone prints, returns are available for a refund, however the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.

    For custom prints, returns are not available, however please reach out to shop@ruenoelle.com if you are not happy and I’ll work to make it right!

    Each product page will have the return / refund policy specified, as well.

  • I’m dreading this and really hope it doesn’t happen! I’m so sorry if it did! I am new to the process so have tried to set up the best shipping process that minimizes the chances a print could be bent or otherwise damaged during shipping. Send a photo with your order info to shop@ruenoelle.com and I will send you a replacement.
